This app picks up where the built in iPhone timer leaves off:
Strength Timer allows you to time your rest periods not just in minutes but down to the second
Never again will you forget what set youre on, or how many reps you did last set. Just tap the buttons on the screen and forget about it.
When youre done with that exercise, just hit "Reset" and wipe the slate clean.
No ads, just a timer that works.
